Mindfulness Meditation: As Close As Your Breath In-Person
Meditation and breathwork are practices which guide you to relieve stress, reach a calmer state of mind, heal, improve concentration and increase personal resiliency. We will practice a variation of techniques and will adjust to participants attending. This class is for both beginners and for those who want to build on their own skills. All are welcome. Feel free to bring a comfortable pillow or mat if you prefer to sit on the floor.
