Art & Music Literacy for Homeschoolers In-Person
Art and Music Literacy for Homeschoolers
Grades 1-8
Tuesdays 10:00 a.m. -11:00 a.m., April 5 - May 17 (no class May 3rd)
Exploring art and music are some of the best ways to promote literacy and brain development in early childhood. Creating art provides children with the opportunity for authentic self-expression—the freedom of choice, thought and feeling. Join us each Tuesday as we learn about different artists and music genres from the 1800’s through the 1980’s. Students will listen to relevant musical pieces and create an art project in the style of the featured artist.
