Food Preservation: Water-Bath Canning Basics In-Person

Ever wonder how to can your own jams, jellies, or pickles? Stacey Stangel will talk about what types of foods are safe for water-bath canning and the equipment needed. She will also demonstrate the canning process with a jam or pickled vegetable recipe. Please register online or by calling Geneva Public Library at 440-466-4521.
