ESSENTIAL COMPUTER SKILLS Session #1

ESSENTIAL COMPUTER SKILLS Session #1 In-Person

Are there aspects of computer and technology that you would like to understand more fully? Our Emerging Technology Librarian, Dwight will meet with you, help assess your current level of comfort with technology, and get you started with computer skills classes.

Northstar Online Learning is an excellent resource for helping users of any age and knowledge level. Do you feel uncomfortable turning on a computer? There is a class for that. Are you generally knowledgeable but have trouble with Microsoft Word, Excel, or PowerPoint? There are modules that will help you with that. Are you new to using Mac/Apple products? Are there skills that you would like to learn for your job? Dwight will assist you in navigating the Northstar Database and he will work with you to match your needs and skill level to the tailor-made learning program that will help you to learn precisely the skills that will help you the most.
